General Questions

Each service should publish its own queue. Build your public promise around standard multi-business-day production, with rush capacity subject to availability.
Yes for workflows that do not require full-resolution pixel data, including many Lightroom-based services.

Account & Orders

Yes. Each project should have its own job name, file count, service selection and notes so production can be tracked accurately.
Yes, but each project should have its own order record and matching upload.
The production system should show an on-screen confirmation and send an email after the order and file upload are received.

Onboarding

Submit a representative full job plus a small set of images edited by you. The team reviews your references, sends preview edits, gathers feedback and documents the approved style.
Use actionable comments about skin tone, exposure, contrast, warmth, shadows and repeatable preferences.
Yes. Secondary profiles can help when different genres or product lines require different treatments.

Files

After placing the order, use the project upload link connected to that order. Additional files should go to the same project.
RAW files preserve more image data and are preferred for high-end creative work. Original JPEGs can still work for selected services.
Use a current Lightroom Classic version so catalogs and develop settings remain compatible.

Production Services

Color correction focuses on balance and consistency. Creative services add toning, dodge-and-burn, retouching, textures and other finishing decisions.
Lightroom Classic is suited to culling and color workflows; Photoshop is used for creative edits, retouching and selected batch services.
Yes. Gallery upload can be sold as a batch service or included in higher membership tiers.

Premier Membership

A recurring plan for photographers with consistent production volume. It can bundle color-correction capacity, member discounts and selected benefits.
A multi-photographer studio should use a custom plan unless your terms explicitly allow multiple associates.
Yes, but overage pricing and plan limits must be clearly stated in the final membership terms.
