Use the account associated with the completed production order.
Step 2
Open Order History
Find the completed job and use its Download link.
Step 3
Download the project ZIP
Save it to Downloads or directly into the project’s incoming-production folder.
Step 4
Extract the ZIP
On macOS double-click the ZIP; on Windows choose Extract All.
Step 5
Review service folders
Organize color correction, creative edits, retouching and album outputs.
Step 6
Move delivery into the client project
Store the returned files with the client originals and project records.
Step 7
Create a backup
Keep at least two copies on separate storage before deleting the transfer ZIP.
