Revisions, Quality & Refund Policy
How Pixeldotedit should handle quality issues, scope changes, rework and refunds.
1. Quality rework
If completed work falls below the documented standard of the purchased service, contact support promptly and allow the team a reasonable opportunity to rework the affected files.
2. Scope changes
New creative direction, newly supplied reference files, additional removals or requests beyond the original service scope are not quality corrections; they may require an upgrade, new quote or additional fee.
3. Custom Retouching quotes
Pre-authorized or quoted production time covers the approved brief. If less time is used, billing should follow the actual policy stated on the accepted quote. If more time is required, obtain approval before continuing where feasible.
4. Refund eligibility
Because editing work is labor performed on custom client files, completed production is generally better resolved through rework or account credit than a cash refund. Final refund rules should be stated clearly at checkout and comply with mandatory consumer/payment laws in the customer’s region.
5. Rush fees
Rush fees purchase priority production capacity, not immunity from delays caused by missing files, late instructions, client proofing or events outside reasonable control.
6. Download and retention
Photographers are responsible for downloading completed files within the stated availability window and maintaining independent backups.
7. How to report an issue
Use the order feedback process or call +91-8130136092. Include the order name, image numbers and clear notes describing the expected correction.
